The first property purchased was Villa Anna Teresa. This typical Maltese villa in the heart of St. Julians, previously owned by a noble Maltese family, was meticulously restored to render it suitable for any type of function. Its spacious rooms and large halls are furnished with fine antiques. The large reception rooms lead on to a full-length terrace that overlooks a large orange grove and mature garden.

This nostalgic property has played host to several important functions and remains a popular venue for those special events where one wishes to leave a lasting impression.
